Online registration for this event is available thru midnight September 10, 2015.
Participants can also register in person at one of the following walkup registration / packet pick-up events before race day -

Packet Pick-Up
Preregistered participants can pick up their race packets at one of the walkup registration / packet pick-up events listed above or at Mile Square Regional Park (race venue) on race day starting at 6:00 AM. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email with you to expedite the process. Participants can pick up for another registered runner with presentation of his/her signed confirmation email and copy of the participant's driver license.
Directions/Parking
The event will take place at the FOREST SHELTER inside Mile Square Regional Park, 16801 Euclid - Fountain Valley, CA 92708. View area map here: http://tinyurl.com/MileSquarePark.
To reach the park, take the San Diego Freeway (405) to the Euclid exit. Head north on Euclid to the park entrance. Or take the Garden Grove Freeway (22) to the Euclid exit, and head south on Euclid to the park entrance.
All parking lots inside the park are available for use on race day for FREE. Street parking is also permitted at no charge on either Warner Avenue or Euclid Street.
Race Day Schedule
6:00 AM - Late registration / packet pick-up
7:00 AM - 5k race start
7:45 AM - Presentation of awards to top three male & female overall winners
Age-group winners can pick up their medals at the awards table as soon as results are posted.
Medals/Awards
A custom-designed diecast finisher medal will be presented to each race participant at the finish line. Special awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female race winners. Age-group medals will be awarded to the top three male and female winners in the following 16 age categories: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

Our Cause
The Great Brain Race 5k raises funds for the Alzheimer's Association, Orange County Chapter. The effects of Alzheimer's disease on individuals and their families can be devastating. Did you know that Alzheimer's disease is the 4th leading cause of death in Orange County alone, impacting more than 84,000 people? Proceeds from this event go directly to benefit the Alzheimer's Association and the myriad of free and low-cost programs and services it makes available to those in need.
